We ship worldwide.

Shipping Charges:

Domestic shipments - free of cost

International shipments - ₹8000 per order. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, vary, currency rates and the shipping destination. Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS:

 

We are currently only accepting payments for international orders via Bank Transfer.

RETURNS:

 

Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer. Alteration service is only available for domestic purchases.

 

TAXES & DUTIES:

 

For Indian customers:

Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International customers ( when applicable):

International deliveries may attract a customs duty or/and VAT as may be the applicable law in the country of delivery and these are over and above the

price quoted on the site. The shipping agency would be providing you with an invoice for customs duties and local VAT if applicable.

In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his /her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc .), then we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

All payments made against the purchases/services on www.jatinmalikcouture.com by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Jatin Malik Couture LLP. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.

Jatin Malik Couture may employ Razorpay and such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by Jatin Malik Couture which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.
