At Jatin Malik Couture, each garment is conceived as a bespoke creation ,crafted with precision, intention, and an unwavering commitment to artisanal excellence.

In line with our made-to-order philosophy, we request you to review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order & Final Sale

All pieces are crafted exclusively upon order confirmation.

As a result, all purchases are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Exceptional Circumstances (Exchange Eligibility)

In the rare event that your order does not meet our quality standards, we will review requests for exchange under the following conditions:

Receipt of a defective or damaged item, or
Delivery of an incorrect product

To initiate a request:

Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery
The item must remain unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging
A complete unboxing video is required as supporting evidence

Upon validation, we will facilitate a replacement of the same item.

Sizing & Fit

Our garments are designed with attention to silhouette and structure.

Clients are encouraged to review size guides carefully or consult with our team prior to purchase.

Kindly note:

We do not accommodate exchanges or returns based on size or fit preferences
Minor alterations, if required, can be undertaken locally for a tailored finish

Product Characteristics

Given the handcrafted nature of our pieces:

Variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or display settings
Subtle irregularities in embroidery or fabric are inherent to artisanal techniques

These characteristics are integral to the uniqueness of each creation and shall not be considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only.

Once an order enters production, it is deemed confirmed and non-cancellable.

Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy.

Approved cases under exceptional circumstances will be resolved exclusively through replacement, at our discretion.

The absence of returns, refunds, or cancellations beyond the stated window
The requirement to provide valid proof (including unboxing video) for any claim
Acceptance that variations in color, craftsmanship, and finish are not grounds for dispute

Any claims or disputes raised without adherence to the above conditions may not be entertained.

Right to Refuse

Jatin Malik Couture reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the outlined criteria, or in cases where the claim is deemed inconsistent with our policy.
