For a seamless process, kindly notify us of any desired changes within 48 hours of receiving your meticulously crafted piece. The returned item should reach our atelier within 14 days from the moment these bespoke treasures are delivered to your distinguished doorstep.

Upon receiving your return, the meticulous artisans within the Jatin Malik customer care team will meticulously inspect the item, ensuring that every detail is attended to with the utmost precision. Subsequently, a Credit Note, reflective of our commitment to your satisfaction, will be issued in accordance with our discerning standards.

Please be advised that, given the unique nature of our bespoke creations, each piece is meticulously crafted only upon receiving your esteemed order. In the rare instance of a return, a 30% deduction, representative of the bespoke production expense, shall be applied. The remaining balance will be issued as a Credit Note, a timeless token that can be seamlessly woven into future shopping endeavors.

• Kindly note that, in line with our commitment to excellence, returns or exchanges are regrettably not accepted for jewelry, bags, and sunglasses once

 

• dispatched, unless beset by a manufacturing defect.

 

• Please be aware that discounted merchandise is not eligible for returns.

 

We, regrettably, cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:

 

(a) Damage inflicted post-receipt

 

(b) Alterations deviating from the specifications provided by you (Custom Tailored articles)

 

(c) Wear and tear due to usage.
